least 1,000 residents of Ughelli and environs in Delta State have
become homeless after flood took over 1,000 houses in the area.
Report shows that some houses in Ighagbomi, up Agbarho,
Ogehenebrorhie streets, Oduaran, post office road, pipeline, GRA and
