Woman Dumps Hubby For
Pastor
A mother of five, Ifeyinwa
Imakwuta has allegedly dumped her husband of many years, Michael
Onotolo and married her pastor, Cletus Machizek.
Both are currently living as husband and wife in the same apartment
at Egbeda.
Enraged by his wife’s action, the embittered husband reported the
matter to the police at Idimu, accusing the pastor of abducting his
wife.
Following this accusation, the pastor and the woman were arrested by
the police and detained.
P.M.News investigations revealed that the pastor was the spiritual
father of the woman and both were attending the Pinnacle of God
Pentecostal Ministry, Okunola, Egbeda before the woman had problem
with her husband.
Trouble started when the husband asked the woman to go back to the
village with the children, following his inability to take care of
them. This decision did not go down well with the woman and every
attempt by her to make him change his mind failed.
P.M.News gathered that after too much pressure from her husband, the
woman took the children to the village but later came back alone to
Lagos, and instead of going back to her husband, she went to the
pastor’s house at 38, Okunola Street, Egbeda, Lagos and started
living with him.
When P.M.News visited the Idimu police station, the lovers were
still being interrogated by the police. The DPO of the station
declined comments on the matter.
A source at the station confirmed the incident and explained that
the police might charge the woman with conduct likely to breach
public peace, while the pastor may be charged with abduction.
When P.M.News contacted the pastor, he denied that he was marrying
the woman whom he said was older than him. He also confirmed that
the woman was living in his house but that he was only assisting
her, pending when she will get her own accommodation.
It was not yet certain when they will be arraigned in court. Back
